Nice little backyard rail

get the pvc? dweez got it at a local hardware store. as for the turf I've only found it at one place around here and everywhere i checked online it was an outragoues price.

theres 6 pieces of 10' pvc on there. the first 3 pieces are 1 1/4", the last 3 pieces are 3/4". the 1 1/4" were 4bucks a piece, the 3/4" were 3 bucks a pop. you can find them in almost any hardward store

sick job guys looks good

Who shit that shit looks good. WHy dont u use snow, u got a lot of snowmakers right...? As for snowcase still waiting for an answer for the snowmaker:P

the first board that makes the rainbow shape was wider than the one that made the U shape. 3 pieces of 1 1/4" wouldnt be able to fit on the 2nd board. we fit the 3/4" into the end of the 1 1/4" piece by heating it up and expanding it, then slowly cooling it off to form a tight fit. then we filed down the junction so it is smooth

i built a rail with 3 1" PVC pipes next to each other on a 2x4 and if you come down on the PVC hard at all its gonna chip off. at least it did with the shit we used

we screwed up through the bottom of the rail with wood screws that have really wide thread. when the screw head locked onto the wood, the threads sinched the pvc down onto the wood
