style is a thing lots of people grow into when they get bit older. I personally thought that his style was better than most 14 year olds. better than most of NS probably
 
....just because he is really fucking good for his age doesn't mean he will be a slopestyle machine. he will continue to progress yes but so will everybody else who is already at the top of the slopestyle scene. his age doesn't matter in regards to slopestyle, his ability does.
 
For the people saying he doesn't have style, this kid is naturally talented and all of his movements and landing look fluid and natural. Which in my opinion beats people with "style" that are trying so hard to land clean to the point where their tricks looks like they trying too hard to look dope.
 
That is one of the stupidest things I've ever read. I don't really like comp skiers, but that kid is just incredible, being that on-lock and being only 14, he has a mature style for his age and is good as fuck.

I predict he'll be the first to do all 4 triples in a couple of years

What you guys have got to remember he go's to a sport gymi, meaning he skis every single day of the school year from November to April. This isn't completely natural, it's just constantly hitting jumps. And he's been there since he was about 9 or something. Not natural, just pushed into him.
 
Aren't you sad as well about it? People like him don't deserve it, he's a dickwad. I was gonna leave this out because he's a great skier. I met him a couple of times, and my god, is he a dick. I was at the Laax Freestyle academy and laughed at my friend smacking his ankles on the side trying a dub 10. I also saw him at Mythen a couple of years ago, and I'm not brilliant, asked me at the top of the run in to the second biggest jump "How old are you", in his blue and orange stuff with his gap, because I was just getting into park and doing methods and trying 3's, this shit was 12 and so egoistic just because he had one 7 at that point. He's a right nob who no-one on the Swiss Freeski team and the Freestyle Tour likes at all and spends time all by himself because he's brought it on himself. He's not a nice guy and compared to the likes of Alex Benz and Severin Schmid, has no rail game and just hits jumps ALL THE TIME, every day. So many groms in Switzerland overlooked because of him.

This. For all of us old enough to remember when twin tip skiers were few and far between. When if you could do decent cork 9 and a pretzle you were considered "good" by industry standards. *siiiggghhhh* the good ol' days...
 
This all might very well be true, but to say that he hasn't "deserved" it based on him being a dick to you is maybe taking it a bit far. To be fair most 14-15 year olds are cocky dickheads, until you get to know them. And rest assured, that if this is really who he is, he's gonna have a hard time making it in the skiing business, no matter how good he is. If you go around being a dick to everyone, you will most likely have a hard time getting sponsors, and will likely just fade out. I guess time will tell.
 
That sucks that he is a dick, but that doesn't discredit the talent he has at age 14. I mean Michael Jordan was a cocky chode, but everyone still loved to watch him play basketball. And also, I couldnt watch the second video because it's blocked by WMG or some shit, but the first guy's air game is just not on par with this kid imo. Sure he can dub both ways like Andri, but Andri's air awareness and overall cleanliness is just way better. Nothing against Luca, that kid slays hard as well and any kid that young that can dub both ways is truly rad. IF he is a better person than Andri than hopefully he does succeed more than Andri. I just think saying Andri is overshadowing these kids is just not true, he just put out a banger edit at age 14 and people noticed.
 
I'm with this!

He may not have a unique style right now but he is very clean and has a huge bag of tricks. In a couple of years this kid will have developed his own unique style and will blow all of our minds... again
 
i was talking about spinning, no landing and stuff. my fault for not being specific. But then i realized his rail game isnt amazing.
 
If i´m correct he´s on the swiss freeski team. and when he was in Silvaplana for the world cup slopestyle, they didn´t let him participate, "cause he is too young"...

he has so much style and Big things in the future for sure! Way to go!

but to be fair to him, he is 14. he grew up in a town where he was always the youngest, best kid around, everyone pushed him, telling him oh my god you`re so good blah blah plus his whole life is set up to become a pro skier, from getting private ski lessons to training on the mountain, then straight to the tramps... this affects a personality and it might change in the future.
