Next season work out

Could anyone suggest a good work out that will help with next season? I have no idea where to start except run.. Should I focus on just legs, or some upper body also? Anyone currently have a work out schedule that they can recommend?
 
skiing is mostly quad, glute, and core strength.

but an all around workout has always been the best for me. martial arts also seem to help with skiing.
 
Got to work the thighs and core. I like to bike and run plus a bunch of workouts i get through skier magazine. Flexibility is something i need to work on.

 
def run or bike or swim but if ur gunna do a lot of legs and core your gunna want to do atleast a little upper body to so u balance out. it helps a lot
