okay...Kye cant run the whole entire next generation of freeskiers by himself, so instead of saying why Kye sucks, say who you think could be equally as good as Kye when he/she is 18. Or if for some reason Kye isnt that good when he is 18 (fucks knee up, really bad fall which makes it so he could never ski again). Then who is the future...who is the next Pollard, Candide, Sarah Crieghton, Jon (well, actually that is probably Johann-the sweede) Tanner, Kristy, CR, JF, JP...etc...

you guys may be right, but i didnt see derek spongs name mentioned anywhere... i dont know what he's doin now that he's injured but last i heard he was in school and shit.. anyway of d-spong gets back to 100% then he is for sure in the future of the throwers down
 


i was gonna list those exact three. basically everybody in ATA has a chance of becoming pro. I'm also gon name a certain Drew Czoik. He's retardedly good. As for 12 yr olds, I'm thinkin Nevan Metzker (thats def not how u spell his name) he skis with me and he's really really good and he's 12 or 13 by now and he's spinning switch 1080s and pullin off other huge-ass shit. But ya there's nobody really famous yet other than those few who I know of yet.
 
tanner coulter is sick he is 12 and can throw 9s if he wants to 270s to rail switch ups nasty switch 5s and 3s he is real good
 
how about the kid who is the same age as kye and is competing with the big boys? derek spong is the next big thing. i think sean pettit will be better than kye. look in the early season vids of dans and shoening. oh and kohl shoening is going to be huge as well. basically anyone of the WA kids, grant domer may just explode, he got 20th at WSI last year beating out the likes of colby west, jf houle, josh bibby, tim russel and andy mahre among others for a spot in the finals. oh and that matt walker kid might just have something, he started this thread and all, haha.
 
jossi wells, sean petit, mike clarke, tosh peters, and probably a bunch of park city shredders (ie alex schlopy) and all of the ihateny (ahhmet, patrick c) and stept kids (brady p, cam riley, the martinis)
 
I think the big five (candide, jon, tanner, pollard, pep) are gonna be replaced by petit, kye, carlson, and perhaps the super dadali bros. But really no one can predict, there could be a kid on a trash heap in michigan throwing bio 990s on and inventing new axes.
 
i heard that matt walker guy is pretty bad ass.....and those guys from the ATA.

I dunno if we have a next "Eric Pollard, or JP Auclair." These guys are just changing the style of skiing right now.
