Since the two main competitors for this round of first person shooters have released gameplay footage, (noone likes halo reach), Im thinking medal of honor looks way sicker than cod: blackops. Its something that looks like newer gameplay without all the bs that happens in cod games. ex: you cant run around with noobtubes only all game and go 40-5 easily. Heres the two beta videos:

It's about time Medal of Honor got in the game. That looks fucking sick. As for Call of Duty, it ended after CoD4.
 
Looks decent but im tired of these shooters, they're all pretty similar.

MoH had one decent game... i forget which one but it had the level which was esentially the opening scene of saving private ryan and it was fucking dope. But the rest of the game was shit and you were pretty much a 1 man army.

The relatively recent MoH games have been pretty shit too.
 
to me it looks like a mix of bad company. customizable classes but smaller, cod4 like maps. thats why i dont like bad company games. the maps are too big.
 
Would be cool to see an FPS with proper fully destructable environments... realistic craters forming from mortar strikes etc along with walls collapsing etc etc.

That, and guns that actually have recoil.
 
Is MOH like doing a huge revamp or something? Because MOH sucks. Its always one really fun level that they get all the trailer shots from and then everything else is mediocre. Back in the day before COD was out it was acceptable, but not anymore.
 
I feel like COD ops is going to have a more progressive story-line with some interesting single player situations.
Medal of Honor looks like the actual gameplay itself has a realistic flow, maybe its the recoil and movements but it all looks so RIGHT!
If i had to pick between the two i would say Medal of Honor, but realistically i would buy neither because i dont play fucking video games.
 
Im really stoked for Medal of Honor. But i am way more stoked for the BFBC2: Vietnam exspansion pack. that looks entirely epic,
 
Yeah, their multiplayer is being made by DICE now, or at least for this years. It looks identical to BFBC2 though, same engine, so if you have BC2 and you didn't like it, you're probably not going to like MoH's multiplayer. Now, I don't know about singleplayer, but that is being made by a different company.
 
Both look sick. There is another one that Comes out end of June called ghost sniper tactics or something. YouTube it
 
BFBC2 was the second worst in the series. BFBC was the worst. You haven't played many battlefield games have you. It doesn't get much press because of the enormous learning curve, especially in BF2. Any battlefield game is better than any COD game.
 
They're different games.

CoD2 and BF2 were the best of the franchise... Although CoD4 was pretty fucking good also. Its a matter of preference really. BF games can be absolutely epic, but can also be frustratingly shit if youre not playing with good people.

 
nevermind, they both suck.
someone needs to make a different game that doesn't look like a fancy version of cod.
rich white kids love to feel like they're doing something with they're new huge hd tv's
anybody who thinks either of these games will ever be good fps's or will have good gameplay at all doesn't know anything about fps games.
 
sniping in bfbc2 is so dope dude. look a dude is running a mile away, aim a foot above his head and 3 feet in front of him BLAM head explodes. so sick

(if you havent played the game, there's bullet drop and you actually have to lead people if theyre moving fast..just to explain that)

it's exactly the same as every other cod, except with fancier graphics some new features and a couple new weapons for the little kids to get wet over
 
I really hope your kidding about Reach... come September that's gonna be the only game I play for like a year. To me all of these games look the exact same with a few minor differences in between.

Like that MoH game looks like someone just took cod4 and bfbc2, combined them and then re-title it..... No actual work other then slight adjustments.

And black ops just looks like another cod game that's gonna piss everyone off like mw2 did, just with a better campaign.
 
Honestly, i though 2142 sucked massive balls. Nothing can beat BF2 for PC, though i rented BC2 for the 360 and that was relatively similar.
 
Im just tired of games where its who ever sees who first that wins. Also, fuck big maps. I miss halo 2 haha
