Newschoolers TIme Share?

Some kid was talking about a time share condo and it got me thinking. What if NS put together a fund and bought a fair sized condo/house in like Utah or Colorado and It could be like a time share kind of. I don't know if this is actually a good idea but whatever.

everyone would want to stay there....the hotel wont allow 30 pubescent teenagers staying in one room. wish it could work though.

Trying to find a time share willing to constantly inhabited by wild teenagers will be a hard prospect. But go for it.

I think if everyone involved took it seriously, and maybe if you had a local check up on it every week, it would work fine. If there were contracts involved, I don't think people would trash the place.

problem 1: nobody would rent to us since most everyone on this site is like 16 or whatever and we'd never get our security deposit back
problem 2: practically everyone on here is in school, so practically everyone would want it during christmas and spring break...soooooooooo
