Well my friend's cousin is selling it and apparently the interior is shit and the original engine has a knock. (he's selling the crate 350 with it too) My friend said he'd take $1500 for it, so I'll try and talk him down to that.

If not I know another guy close by that has an 81 Military test Blazer that he'd also be willing to sell too with a diesel if this deal falls through.
 
id go for the m1009 myself, those 6.2 diesels are fuckin bulletproof.

1500 is a good price on that 79 though, thats what my truck cost me.
 
Yeah I'd kinda rather have a smallblock though, like maybe a built 383 or 400 vortec with CSPI , those older 6.2s are kind of low on power for a diesel.

I'd only get it if it was pretty rust free though.
