apologies to titus on the misdirected comment

and maybe not, but you also don't have to make cheapshots at people's aspirations without knowing their backstory

Lol it's cool I was confused. Its true, cars hold memories for people and have sentimental value for some

That's not what I was going for at all, I was just making a joke that I thought most car guys would get, but I guess dry humor isn't allowed on NS anymore.

Can we please just get back to posting peoples cool cars.

Nice lesbian car

No way its a lesbian car.Its a Badass little offroader. Full body on frame SUV. Find me another real truck based SUV you can get with that low mileage and for the price I got. 4runner is 7000 more at least for comparable year/mileage. Was looking at a tacoma also but again a lot more $ for similar mileage and condition

I'm not offended whatsoever. :)

I'm just curious what are the prices of some good Evos or Imprezas in North America?

I can answer you right away why I hope to be able to get a car like that someday with a simple example: In Bulgaria the minimal salary is 246 USD, the average salary is about 410-470 USD (not sure). I made a quick search in a Bulgarian online platform for selling cars and the only result for an Evo 9 for sale was at a 22 330 USD cost. So I guess you can see the point I'm making. :)

Some decent Lancers or Imprezas start at the price of 9000 USD but still the salary/price ratio stays a bit big.

I got my '13, Evo X for around $30k with 22,xxx miles. Some say that's too high and some say that's too low. I'm please because I feel it was a real "Damned if you do but MORE damned if you don't.

I bought it in Germany from another American so it's US spec. It also came with Cobb AP, additional set of wheels, brand new snow tires and brand new summer tires ($$$$$). So more than please.

The only VIII,IX,X i've seen in Germany are all owned by Americans and US Spec. Check out "BookooDOTcom" and view the cities of like Stuttgart, Kaiserslatuern, Rammstein, and wherever there is a US base. I know for a fact there is one X and one VIII for sale. Reasonable prices but they are also heavily modded (IDK what you're looking for). It would obviously be a challenge to acquire it from there but basically your only shot if you're in Bulgaria and don't wanna pay out the ass for a Jap Spec or the ewww ewww Euro Spec.

My friend's dad has an aston martin, and I thought it was nice. This blows it out of the water. Dear lord that car is nice.

Yeah there are a couple astons I see in my area pretty often but theyre all the v8 Vantage which dont look nearly as good as this. Simply stunning, I know, I keep forgetting this thing exists but when I do I fall in love.

Love it.

I wish evo wagons weren't so goddamn ugly. I'd love to own an evo but I'd never fit my shit into one of those tiny sedans. Granted the newer body styles look slightly larger, but still.

You can get the "Ralliart Sportback" which has like 230hp but is only auto with the SST transmission and no recaro seat option. Not bad imo

I went to a Mitsubishi dealer a couple days ago and looked at the 2015 evos and they don't have the recaros I'm dissapointed. Id like to get an evo x preferably a 2013/2014 but all of them have higher miles than I'd like or are close to retail for a brand new 2015

Yeah that is a bummer..Recaro is a big selling point for those cars..

It sucks there arent recaros, they couldve at least made the seats more supportive but if you can afford a new evo you can probably afford to get an aftermarket recaro bucket seat. Just looked at some evo forums and I guess you can get the seats from previous year evo x's and swap them in easily. Lots of people swap in the Recaro Sportster CS into their evos. The absence of the Recaros isnt a selling point for me, I just want an evo x so bad I dont care what seats are in it.

I can't really afford it I was just checking them out too see if I would be comfortable in an X I'd probably get like a 2011 or something if there's a cheap one on craigs

After looking around I was pretty sure my '13 was the lowest miles (23k) when I bought it and last week I found one with 18k. It's unreal because most of the ones i've seen on the forums from the states are easily 60k.

Ohhh and the Recaro's are boss.

Used Evo hunting in my area was a straight mine field. Every one I looked at was either haphazardly modded, way too expensive or repossessed.

I love the sound of rally cars.

don't know what any of that means but sounds pretty badass haha. Awesome car none the less looking forward to seeing some pics/videos when you finish the project

About 2 weeks old now. 2012 Xterra S only had 16,500 miles on it. Love this thing such a beast.

Not really planning on any mods. Want to make a custom carpet for the trunk that can still access the storage.

And looking at getting some rock sliders that pop out and can double as running boards in the near future.

Just got a 2011 subaru outback today

It was listed as used but it is the nicest car

It is completely clean and looks like no one has ever even touched it

Our dirty old Scout in Canyonlands!

Its loud, it eats fuel like candy and it's a horrid shade of dehydrated piss yellow, but we love it.

nothing that impressive but here's my 03 RSX. got it in the summer and still have some plans for it. its mostly stock but i plan on doing a cat back, coilovers and lowering, tint, new rims, debadging except for the acura emblem, and maybe a couple other things. nothing set in stone until i have some more cash on hand

still nothing crazy but i think it looks a lot cleaner now, HID's and mesh grill. took the "acura" and "RSX" badges off the back, and plasti dipped the rear acura emblem and the rims black. not pictured: foglights that dont work because i fucked up the wiring. have to tear it apart and fix it later in the week.

ignore the grill and headlights in the first two pics, took those the other day before new stuff came in. also last pic is just the running lights

I still have a gray Alfa Romeo 156 sportwagon 1.9 jtd from 2005 which is mine and I use in the ski season, but for the most part I change car with my dad and drive his VW Caddy Maxi in the summer when I'm home.

Just finished building simple/cheap bed for it but I'm pretty stoked on how it turned out so figured I would give this a bump! If I want to sleep in it I just put my boards on the roof rack and lock it down with a bike lock. Still have a bunch of ideas for stuff to get for it and small shelves etch to build but need to think that through a bit more before starting.

Love those newer XTs. It's a damn shame there's no manual option.

Yeh I wasn't t happy about the no manual in the xt. But the cvt isn't to bad especially because I spend most of my life in heavy traffic now getting to and from work.

It gives you an 8 speed manual mode with paddle shift in sport plus for some more fun.

Rally is the best Motorsport, fuck everything else
