The goat edit comp went hard, was very exciting. Thanks Newschoolers. But how about a goat ski movie comp? Yes please. Obviously with the collection of people on this site, Zootspace will likely take the cake, but it would be interesting to see what the close contenders are. Totally Trevor the Movie 2, The Keeshlife Movie, Boolers Ball would all be well up there. [tag=38820]@eheath[/tag] please get this going.

Every Day is a Saturday 100% deserves a shout for all of its banger segments including Tim Durtschi's ender.

Be Inspired also is up there for me because it was edited on a standard Macbook Pro and has a killer segment just in the small early season Mammoth public park. Accessibility is sick.

I do feel nostalgiac for stept and level 1 flicks, and I do love those old ass movies inspired media uploads to the channel, but it’s kinda hard for me to actually think they are better than the shit that’s coming out now. Even in the context of the times, like kids are making some incredible stuff and I feel like a lot of people just kinda are like “mutiny better” “idea better” “this random movie from 1997 with tanner hall better” like idk, we are watching the generation inspired by all those old movies and riders and just discounting it for some reason. It’s weird.

But yeah new forre film is fucked probably the most hype movie I’ve ever seen no exaggeration.

There’s a difference between “greatest” and best. Muhammad Ali is the goat, but he’d probably lose to mike Tyson. Skiing now is on a different level. For me, what makes teddybear crisis the goat is it’s the first dub cork I ever saw (over the old snowbird half pipe no less) the vibe was all time, the jumps are heavy by any standard, and to this day skiers have not hit chads gap switch again. That’s goat stuff

That's how I felt too about the Forre movie! It was such a damn banger! Forrmula had me feeling similarly last year. We invited Harold and Anttu to smoke with us after the Bozeman premier and they couldn't but it was sick meeting them
 
Boolers ball, thirsty, slow your roll and satisfy the soul are also good shouts. Hoodcrew was probably the best crew at making skiing look “cool”. I miss their Snapchat tho, those were my favorite videos ever. It was like an interactive movie because you would watch their edits and be like “damn do they really live like that?” And then open up Snapchat and watch freed wake up from a Molly nap on a random mountain and then 2 hours later hit the fattest stair drop you’ve ever seen. Good times.
