There is one. It is extremely dead though, it's mostly from years ago I think. PM me if ya want the link, I don't want to make assumptions about whether or not they want the link posted publicly
 
It seems like skiing discords are generally pretty dead. Dan made one for arsenic and Riley made one for R3 and I usually chill in those, would recommend

it just depends on the audience, people on NS dont really use an NS discord because its not better than using the website. discord has plenty of good uses, but forums/reddit tend to be better places to discuss a topics with a large group of people.
 
I think each type of social media serves a different function. Often instagram and tiktok feel like they are made for content creators and clout chasers. NS is a more old school feel with the forum, of course, while still being one of my favorite places to consume ski media. Discord is straight up just a place to hang out and super casually share content. I don't really think either insta, tiktok, or NS cover the "hangout" type social media.

And feel free to make a new one. It might be easier to get a new one active than revive an old one

Reddit has to be the worst forum to get valid information. Good entertainment though

I am also of the mind that reddit is overwhelmingly a cesspool. There is gold among the shit but you have to dig, or heavily curate your subscribed subreddits.

Eh, it was good for a while, and was pretty active to. Most people just moved to different discords. It consistently had 25-30 active members for about 2 years.

Just seems like opening up this app with more steps. Would be super hard to get everyone moved over too

dude just use newschoolers. newschoolers and discord have different dynamics and there's nothing you can do there that you can't here, there is just more childish.
