I spun a rod bearing in my car on the way to tahoe this weekend so I don't know if I will be able to make it anymore.

damn it!!i cant make it anymore, the only place i could stay in tahoe is up by homewood, so i have to go thereshit!!!!!!
 
Jea! Looks like I will be attending, and will hopefully have a backpack full of some sweet Under Armour Bandanas to give out if they get to my house in time. Ask ns'er Jarens about them, they are sick! will have some moment stickers, shirts to hand out as well and will be taking pictures throughout the day.

Btw, stoked on the jumpline at Boreal.
 
So this weather is probably going to bury the boreal park this week/weekend. Storm now through Wednesday and then again Friday/ Saturday. Are we still doing this? All I want now is the pow, screw the park.
 
I heard you can ride the back of boreal down to donner lake-that would be pretty cool.

well I think majority of ppl will still wanna hit up the truckee/tahoe area for some NS skiing.

Would anyone want to change places?(im just asking because i already spoke with jon from boreal and jason from moment skis and jason is having like i guess some free givewaways and whatnot and jon is getting us some group rate tickets for those who don't have passes...)

squaw valley might be crowded but I've heard great things about skiing there when its pow
 
is everyone still good for boreal? would anyone be willing to switch to a diff resort if we could still get discount tickets?

I agree. There is supposed to be a strong storm coming in Saturday night through Sunday. I wont be riding boreal Sunday.
 
Sounds like a lot of people are going to be riding powder somewhere else, should we reschedule it to a day at boreal a little later on in the season?
 
well not a lot of people, just two ppl so far have said that haha

anyways, this isn't the first and last NS meet, im sure there are other dates as well.

would anybody here be willing to switch locations for the NS day? perhaps squaw? or would that be too crowded? this doesn't mean anything, im just trying to see what people would prefer and where people can make it...suggestions welcome
 
I won't be able to go sunday as account of my car broke down, and I got in trouble with my girlfriend. mostly because my car broke down.
 
why would you guys even want to schedule this shindig on a holiday weekend... especially at boring hill aka LITLLE ASIA when its a holiday. poor planning guys
 
i vote for a reschedule cuz people will have trouble driving up this weekend cuz of the weather, so that cuts out sac and sf people. but dont do it next weekend cuz thats dew tour
 
due to a lot of people not being able to attend, i think its best to say that the event should be rescheduled...but if you are still going to be up at boreal, then go for it, nobody is stopping you
 
well if any of you still want to come up and shred Boreal POW, come to the Group Sales office and I will still offer you the discounted lift ticket.

Just let me know your NS screen name. Then hopefully all of you can come to agreement on another NS meet-up on a beautiful park day.
 
^^^Late March sounds cool.

Anyways, lets see if we can try to figure out a date this time for a NS meet since last time many people could not attend due to numerous reasons. I think it would be best just to have everybody reply to the thread and just post up dates they can go, then maybe a common date will come out of this and we can have a meet this time lol.

And just as CJ said, I think late march would probably be a good time to have the meet.

Just curious, how many people actually made it up to Boreal on the 14th?

 
^I was working that day. I did have an NS'er come to me in the rental shop for a binding adjustment.
