you can rent the place out for 90 dollars, if you get a group of 15 for 1.5 hours...

im not sure if they'll let you rent it out if you have 9 people, so 10 dollars per person 1.5 hours...

They will let you do whatever. It doesn't matter how many people there are, but if less than 15 show up, the difference must be payed.
