i emailed them... and he wrote back cuz he saw this post, not because of my email, and he said they will never let me buy from them again...
and then he said they charged an extra $15 for a wide brake -- and he said nothing about the remaining like $9 that they overcharged me. I am still mad, its the fact of the matter now. they need to tell you what they charge you for.

i really doubt someone from customer service @ dynastar was on the website and read your post. I think they have many other things to be doing. And i doubt they said they would 'never let you order from them again'.
