i think that at the bottom of the news articles there should be a link back to the main page...whenever i hit back it says the page is expired and sends be back to the sign in page

Hey, this comes from the login processing being handled when a page is displayed.

Logins should be processed by a seperate page then redirect you back to where you were. This will avoid the 'page has expired' problem.

For now a trick to avoid this is, after you login, click on 'Front Page' from 'The Site' from the nav bar. Then hitting back from articles wont' give you this message.
