Newman Administration's "Content"?

I ordered this movie like 4 weeks ago and it still hasn't come. I know most of the Newman Admin. guys have the icons with the O.K. sign but I don't remember any of their names. Can anyone point me into the right direction of who would be in charge of sending out the DVD's?
