Newb question but i need some help +++karma

So I have been trying to change my icon and everytime I upload a picture it for some reason will not delete my old one. It says its deleting my old icon and replacing it with the new one, but it doesnt seem to work. I tried the deleting icon button but everytime I click on it nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem or could someone help me out with this in any way it would be much appreciated.
 
same thing happened to me and i just kept changing the icon to what i wanted it to be, and eventually i logged off and logged in and my icon was changed
 
i get that with uploading pictures some times. i think its because your using the wrong file type. try restarting your computer
 
So did it work? I found that my icon took a while to update, and it was a couple days before it started working...

If it hasn't worked yet let us know and we'll throw some more ideas around.
