New York Schools Get Record List on Banned Words

I don't understand. How are you sopposed to like, learn stuff, if you ban certain words? In Sweden we don't even have a ban on "cuss-words".

Semi-related sidenote: I used shit, damn, dick and laptop on a national test in English today, while talking about news. When I was mocking Fox News, even the teacher agreed on how funny it is.

In the end, trying to cater to everyone, every thought, every culture, every religion and at the same time trying not to "hurt anyone's feelings" will just end up real fucking badly.

I laughed. This is ridiculous. How are kids supposed to be educated if major topics are off limits in schools?
