As danksgiving approaches here in a little less than a week. Most of us are already planning ahead to this years christmas and even more importantly new years mother fucking eve... The day of the year where everybody gets wasted parties and gives no fucks. So I ask what are you doing for your new years. I know a bunch of kids going to snow globe up in tahoe. I am going to fly to dallas tejas for lights all night down there (hella hyped). I know pretty lights is playing nye in colorado, sts9 is playing a 4 night nye show in atlanta. WHere are you nukkahs going?
 
New years eve is december 31st... the last day of the calendar year... this year is 2011 therefore december 31, 2011 will be new years eve 2011. New years day begins at midnight on january first 2012. So no i did not mean new years eve 2012... I meant new years eve 2011.

I plan on giving zero fucks. The only thing that would cause a fuck to be given would be a lack of beverage....that might even cause TWO, yes TWO, whole entire fucks to be given on the eve of years new.
 
uh pal no its def called news years eve 2012, i went to 2 nye events in the same night last year and both had new years eve 2012 decorations/posters/etc everywhere. im pretty sure its standard to use th3e coming year instead of the past. we're talking about the NEW YEAR'S EVE, and the new year is 2012. if you wana celebrate OLD YEAR'S END, then go ahead and use 2011

Also, I'm pretty sure the OP is right about the date. It's still 2011 until midnight...New Year's Day is 2012, not NYE. It doesn't make sense to call it NYE 2012.
 
What: Champagne bubbly, a couple good friends and a hot tub. Bonus points if it's snowing.

Where: Middle of the forest about 20 kms outside of Golden BC.

As much as a big party will be nice, I can't wait to get out of the city and into the woods.
 
The annual torchlight parade at Snow Summit will be first followed by copious amounts of being the designated driver for my large group of drunkard friends.... my drinks will be consumed post-midnight at my home as to avoid a NYE-DUI.
 
20 hour alumni only GORUCK Challene: Scavenger. I'm so fucking stoked its not even funny. I fucking love these people.
 
Oh and its at Washington D.C., so I'm pretty stoked about that. lucky for me its only 2 hours away. others have flights from atound the world to get there!
 
Rebulution in Reno at the Grand Sierra (old Reno Hilton) for all you Truckee Tahoe kids. Was at the July show at Harvey's if was epic.

Thievery and fishbone are two of the few I'd actually care about seeing.
