Hey whats up guys, I used to download music very periodically and since the government has gone in and fucked the shit out of free music downloading, I need to find a new way to get free music. I know I could just pay for it but then my growth in music becomes limited to the size of my wallet, which is bullshit. Have any of you guys found a new system?? If not maybe we can create something together.
 
i'm into EDM live sets, which are a "grey zone" because most of them are just rips off of internet streams and have some talking/watermarking through them.

but mediafire/zipshare/hulkshare/etc are the best

I have been using mediafire, rapidshare, megaupload for the career of my music downloading. now tons of the links have been revoked. Have you guys figured out a new technique??

shit, I haven't dl'ed anything in a while but I remember hearing about a crackdown of sorts.

Maybe time to turn back to the handy dandy torrents
 
for popular songs beemp3.com usually has them

more obscure stuff is gonna be harder to find, newer songs are easier because blogs have changed who they host with

Video to mp3 works really well. Just make sure you choose I good quality sounding video cause if not the sound blows ass
 
www.datpiff.com, Famous rappers post official mixtapes on here to download for free, I have downloaded about a thousand songs off of datpiff.
 
just find high quality stuff on youtube

download one of the many youtube to MP3 converters.

as for stuff not on youtube, pretty much same shit you've been doing, its hit and miss
 
Yea it sucks now its so much harder to download songs

Fuck youtube converters, the sound quality always sucks

And a really great site is soundowl.com which has a lot of good recent stuff

Also there's blogs but a lot of time the song isn't available for free download

I like hypm.com which everyone should use because it just aggregates your favorite blogs...and if available you can download the song from the blog

I also have the hype machine radio on my phone which is sweet cause you can favorite songs and listen to them over and over again, stream songs from your blogs, or listen to the 'top songs of the week' which a lot usually suck but you also usually see some good stuff there

Also you can use piratebay for albums, movies, tv shows, and programs and rarely for songs

3. Youll se zippyshare, mp3 skull or bee mp3, and download easily from one of those.
