New wooden line skis- any thoughts?

They look like they were designed like a skateboard deck but they've also got a sufficient amount of pop in them. Wondering if I should give them a try- only 300ish a pop.

First of all, your in the wrong fourm, go to gear talk, second of all, all skis are made out of wood smart one, third of all, If your going to randomly babble on about a pair of skis at least say the name of them, and last of all.... SEARCH BAR, its there for a reason

Your talking about the Afterbang, Lines price point park ski that is replacing the Invader. Although very few people on here have actually skied them many people will tell you how great they are. Its a new thing, it could be great or it could fail like the Line bindings did, only time will tell.

This year is the test for the Afterbang, if it holds up for the people who buy it and they like it, than kudos to them. But if there is a lot of dissatisfied customers, than who knows they might bring back the invader so people can decide the next year if they want to take the leap into the Afterbang or play it safe with the trusty invader. I am sure if they had more money this year they would have done that, have two almost identical skis for the consumer to choose whether or not they really wanna test this new construction. But that's just me.

these skis have been in testing for 4 years so im sure that they are gona hold up or line would have not released them to the public im not saying that there will be people that wont like how they ride but i can say for sure ill be on them next season

and dude next time use the searchar before makin a new thread

Whoa! He will definitely think twice before messing with you on the internet again!
