That sounds crazy! Could be very useful though, sometimes you are skiing Whistler and you want to get to the park at Blackcomb, and the Rendez Vous is at the very top of the park basically.

hmm I've only been to whistler in the summer, but I'm not so sure about this whole thing. I know they would test it for years and all that, but it sounds like there would be some major risks that come along with it. Plus what they were saying about the view is a factor in my opinion.

long span aerial tramways are getting to be the norm tho. the vanoise express between la plagne and some other one is almost as big....the new paradiski one....and theres one in italy i think too

I don't deny there are bad things in the US right now, hell, 51% of the country to be exact. But god damnit, our country being fat is NOT a problem. I do't give a shit how fat people are. hell, fat kids are harder to kidnap, that means our country is safer.
