Got my new skis mounted and ready to go. Haven't skied them yet, I'll get out this weekend once finals are over. Super pumped, 2010 K2 Kung Fujas 179cm and Dalbello Blender boots. It was super funny watching our new tech practice mounting my ski's, he hadn't done anything with that high of a din yet. Could barely press the boot into the binder. Had to show him some tricks. Can't wait to ski em, gonna be a fun ski.

And everyone should get insole's for there boots. Stock insoles are no good. My left foot is really wide and replacing stock insoles with some arch support made a huge difference in my new boots.

And thought you guys might like Marker Jesters mounted to a $20 dollar ski from goodwill (training for new techs). Bindings hangs over the side. Ski's were stone ground and tuned, so they would actually ride pretty good.

that's a nice set up you got there.

I remember my first ski's i drilled. I was nervous as hell lol

How do you like the ladder strap in place of the booster strap? I found that boot to be too soft of a flex for me, otherwise i would've bought it

Kinda on the fence about the ladder strap (Voodoo boot fit well with standard upper strap) but went with blender boot cause it has a wider upper strap area. Haven't skied em yet, but a micro adjustable buckle would be nice, but I'll see once they break in. The Il Moro T comes with same upper buckle (but does not fit my foot).

Nice set up man. I've been on mine three days now and its definately a fun ski. You're gunna love it.

hey sweet skis

i was thinking of the same setup

and too avoid making another thread ill just here

but how do those skis work in powder and in park?

anyone had experience with them?

Rode my Kungs for the first time the other day. Only took my one run to get used to the added width (came from 74mm waist ski). They felt super playful. Set the schizo binding at +4 before I left my house. Ski's ride great, super stable on landings, carve great, stable at speed. Rode a little of everything, fresh snow, packet groomers, loose pack, and ice. Hit some small kickers and boxes. Held an edge great every where. Little chatter at speed but that's to be expected with little softer ski.

Blender boots felt great with ski, good match. Toes felt fine until 30 minute mark, but then had a shot of jack on the lift with some foreign guys. Felt fine until I took off my boots then realized how numb my toes were.
