Sick, this sounds fun. I have a question, if we don't sign up will we still be able to hit the features on Kangaroo during when the comp is...tables and jibs?

The rest of the park will be open to everyone during the contest. But since it's free, you should do it. Jonahs has some fun setups planned for it, and there's lots of prizes.

sick, I was wondering what this was all about. Sounds fun and free is always good. I can't wait to see the shit Jonahs sets up.

We're gonna set up one feature for the jam and the rest of the park will be open. First couple will be jib features, then we may step it up to big jumps (depending on the talent that shows). I'm open to any suggestions you may wan't to see. Hope you will all show up and throw it down.

With a box, kink or flat or whatever, you will see alot more stuff thrown down, spins on/off/switchups. But with the rail, it will probably be just some 270 offs, not as much ish thrown. Whatever it is, sounds sick, im feelin the free thing too.

For starters I would recommend a box rail option at the bottom. Both with kinks and solid lips onto them to allow for disasters and lots of spinning. That way people can hit what they feel more compfortable with (rail of box) and the will box be relativly easy to get onto so it allows for more variation among riders in the tricks thrown. As the season progress and jump/rail session would be perfect. If you set the bottom jump on Ru run up like last year during the D-structure rail jam it would be perfect. Lots of Wu on the lip for tossing up nice floaty tricks. Rail/box options on each side for those days when the jump is too slow or flat light or people aren't feeling the jumping situation. After the rider hit the jump jib/ section the ride out to the wall ride. So it;s a basic 2 hit run which is very easy to judge and see. The wall ride will be sick to hit after stomping the first trick and it encourages riders to land what they throw off the first hit so that they can make the wall ride. I reccomend setting the wall ride up where the rewind station was last year. OK I'm done for now. I'll just tell you the rest of my ideas at Alpine.

I just tried to read what I wrote and I apologize. I was typing fast and it turned out looking like a 11 year old foriegner wrote it. Fuck, hope you guys can read through it

uh oh... dude watch your tone with this one. i had to defend myself by pinning her to the ground once and running away while she was getting up.. all because i wear pink goggles and have my name on my helmet.

i skied with her once and told her that her style was whack....she tried to stab me with a ski pole...true story

is tweak 3 andy? i hate so prove you wrong becca but i saw andy this weekend take a huge 180 to damn near flat off the 50 footer , he went about 70 and stomped it way at the bottom of the landing.

what i wrote read wrong, it was an addition to my post to andy... i was saying ive only skied with andy like once this year compared to last year when we skied like 3-4 times a week. but yes i do miss you and your cool name tag helmet, charging shit like your the only person in the park, nick.

yea my life blows right now...between engineering school and work, it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to ski mon-thurs, i can go up friday, but only after my 12pm class. which i did last week, then hit up the boreal night sesh. whether or not i ski sat/sun, depends on how much homework i get done during the week, which last week wasnt' much. but im looking forward to mabey friday afternoon and boreal night sesh, then go up again sunday. but then again, if im here wasting my time here on NS....

i feel ya andy. engineering majors, biochem, optical engineering. i wish school was during the summer so we could ski everyday. :( it's depressing

I feel ya Andy and Kim. Graduating and having to work for the man is no good either. I have reached weekend warrior status :(

^naw I just like skiing more than cuddleing.

P.S. dave's just mad cause he's on his period
