Does Tanner Hall know that you're using his picture to sell whatever it is you're selling? I wonder if he'd like that. How about the photog who took that pic? Does he know you're using it for commercial purposes, or did you just steal it? And if the little logo of the skier grabbing tail is your logo, you might want to look into a royalties arrangement with Harvey and everyone else at newschoolers.com because you stole it from the logos page, accessed through the 'about ns' link. Here's an idea: Unless you have new, creative ideas for your company, GIVE UP NOW.

I'm not sure how old you are??? you really should proof read your site before letting other people view it. Web sites are all about first impressions, their wasn't anything about your web site that would make me want to visit it again. The news you had on their was from last year, they had the X-games this year with results easy to steal. I don't think you need to worry about being sued for your actions but you might get asked to not use some peoples names because they don't want to be associated with such a poorly designed site.
