New way tor recognize NS'ers

yeah well guess what, the idea will be shut down if that NS logo appears on it. the guys have poured money into this website over the years and im pretty sure paul, chris and doug won't want someone to be profiting from their design

 
yeah well guess what, from what the guy said was that all the profit was going to be going to NS. If ns.com doesnt do it I really think chris and doug should atleast talk to the kid and try to work something out because having these bandanas would be sic

if all the profit is going to NS, why doesn't NS produce the bandannas? This is ridiculously sketchy from a legal standpoint. Think about it for a minute.

How could you not see the NS staff being worried about a prospect like this?
 
to start i'm probably gonna order 100 bandanas (preice will come after i'm quoted on how much it will be) of the white background and brown logo that i posted earlier, that is if all goes well with the helpful moderating staff
 
man, all this stuff has already been discussed and not gone through with. There was that bracelet idea which never went through. And ns bandanas and new era hats have already been discussed.
 
I think Doug/Cam etc should look at getting bandanas for NS clothing..it sounds like they would sell pretty well

Umm put it over your face when its snowing or windy so you prevent windburn and have a more enjoyable skiing experience
 
if their was the offical NS bandana color you could just provide a stencil template through the site and stencil the logo on yourself.
 
Regarding the copywright - The copywright protection is free and is effective the moment it is produced. be it writing/photo etc. Work is protected automatically from the time it is first written down or recorded in some way, provided it has resulted from its creator’s skill and effort and is not simply copied from another work.

You register things like, business names, patents etc and so on.

The © is applied by the creator, stating who they are, their name and date it was created, to the date it is now or whatever

anyway, that's just a basic over run from a trade law class I have..

someone correct me if i'm wrong as my memory is shonky at the best of times.

I would ask the site owner or whoever created the NS logo for permission before going ahead.
 
Copywright only covers Intellectual property?

I think Newschoolers needs a registered trademark, not a copywright.

OR i could be completely WRONG. *shrug*

 
im gona assume that you then have talked to the admin and arranged something, because without their ok i dont think this will get far
 
Logos are a trademark issue, not a copyright issue...and I just did a search with the USPTO, and it doesn't look like Newschoolers.com or NS Clothing is even registered. So I guess you don't have to worry about that.
 
it'd be sick if it wasn't as dark (white with brown writing) and if the ns symbols pointed out on each corner. that way, no matter which way the bandana is, the bottom corner has the ns logo facing the right way.
 
i'd be interested i like the white and brown and then like sw up those two colors and do a bunch of different colored ones with that style
 
Any updates cuz im stoked for these things id buy like 5.

oh and someone said that new era hats were disscused, im not trying to start it bak up but THAT WOULD BE THE DOPEST SHIT EVER!!!!!!!! i could see it nicxe brown wit white or baby blue pinstripe and a white or baby blue ns logo, cuz baby blu looks sik wit brown.

oh and how would i stencil a logo ( paint, marker etc......?
