New Twin tips

Ok here my deal its kind of long. I used to live in CT and i would go to vermont every few weekends and ski. While i was skiing there i didnt spend any time in the park excpet for one or twice. I usually stayed around the whole mountain. But this year i go into the park scene and stuff like that and at the end of the seaosn i decided to get twin tips but then in the spring i moved to viriginia and theres not alot of skiing to do here. So this year i might go for a week to europe or out west to ski but after that i might only be spending a few weekends at some mid-atlantic resorts maybe snowshoe and sutff. But my question is what kind of twin tip i should get. I've been skiing on the k2 axis i liked them alot but i had a skinny one so if i went into powder it would just kind of sink so that was the only part i didnt like. So i was thinking that if i go to europe or out west i might be lucky and get some powder but then the other weekends when i'm skiing the mid-atlantic resorts i well probally just be in the park and the conditions well probally be icey. So i was wondering what kind of skis i should get i kind of want something that can handle the whole mountain but i dont know if i should spend all that money on buying skis or if i should just rent skis when i get to the mountain? i was thinking 4 Frnts maybe???

If you have the money, please, don't rent from the mountain. You'll be much better off with a pair of 4FRNT's or Line's than Elan rental skis.

4 frnt's are expensive so if you are going to ski a lot, then go for them, but if not it would be a waist of money

take a look at some of the other posts on this page, it seems that alot of people are saying that the Atmoc Tweak is a really good east coast jib ski, and that it is also pretty stable in pow and stuff too.

Tweaks as well. I have a pair and I love them, they are so sick. I'm not sure, but I'll go out on a limb here and say Rex probably likes them too.

ok never ever rent a mtn's ski if u have money for some of your own. last years PE's are a great deal and can handle it all. i ski them, and love them

if your not skiing very much then get cheapies. (fujatives) yes they're not the best ski for powder but if you're a good skier then you'll get them goin' well.

the best idea ever was the one that was diabolicly hatched today at lunch in the hall way of my school. It involved a boat and beer and selling that beer to 14 yearolds for like $3 a bottel, so that way from every 24 we got, we would get 12 and then never have to pay for our own beer again. and if the poilice tried to stop us, we were drive away in a boat (which doesnt have a licence plate) but, if there were on a baot, we were throw peanuts at them, cause its highly probable that one of them in alergic to then and he would go into anaphletic shock and we were get away. if that didnt work we were catapult cows at them and wait for the headlines 'police boat sunk by flying cows'. --Apple.

I'm really happy with my scratches, and the new scratch graphics are SICK! I also agree that the tweaks are a great ski, my friend has been usin em for a year and hasn't had any problems.

generally a new company like liberty doesnt have half the technology big skimakers do, so wait a few years before you buy liberty skis because now they wont be that great

Go with public enemies since they are dirt cheap. Since it doesn't sound like you'll be skiing a lot get don't spend a lot of money.
