New to NS and I want to say hi to everyone!

So as I have mentioned, I am new to NS. One of my little brothers friends tuned me on to it. In the few days I have been browsing the forums, I have noticed that there are a lot of little kids who are really immature.!! I know there has to be a lot of cool kids on here as well, and that's why I decided to join. Please feel free to introduce yourself to me!!! I am really interested in progressing my skiing and getting into the industry. I am a photography student at CCA here in Cali, so I will post some of my work and I want to see what you guys all think. Also I am really into the clothing industry so any if anybody has any secret cool shirt companies, fill me in!!

Glad you found NS (newschoolers). Its the sickest place on the internet fo sho. Yea sometimes you have to avoid Non Ski gabber because its just stale and no good threads to take part in. The Regional forums and the cults are another great feature of NS.

i resent the "looney bin" portion of that... why didnt you use nutcase house or something like that? the image of being shoved in a bin with everyone else here is kinda disturbing.

but anyways welcome. and like someone said NSG basically becomes a clusterfuck of stupidness from time to time... especially in the summer.

I can see that you have NS pretty well figured out already. It is easy to put up with stupidity, and it is even more fun to point it out when you spot it, so try to do that.

Make sure you searchbar EVERYTHING unless you want a bunch of 12 year-olds trying to tear you apart for posting a topic that has been discussed before.

As everyone has told you, be careful with your pink name, as the same 12 year olds I discussed earlier will try to befriend you and wack it to every picture you put up.
 
Welcome to NS, and be prepared for lots immature and sexual/sexist comments towards you and your pictures. Hell I'll probably be one of the people making them. It's nothing personal, it's just that you are on a website comprised primarily of 14-20 y.o. boys so try not to sweat it. While there is some really dumb crap on here, NS can also be a great resource so enjoy it!

Well, I want to thank everyone for a sorda warm welcome! I can tell that some people cant handle themselves, but other than that I am glad to be here! Look for my photography and artistic posts in the future!

Im pretty sure 95% of the girls on NS love getting 48543758438 profile views and picture comments... seeing as theyre all attention whores for the most part, and having a bunch of 13 year olds tell them they're hot gives them a self-esteem boost.
 
make sure you stick with us thru the summer. its the low point of the maturity of the website as a whole. but even then some of the threads are hilarious. good luck, and dont get put off by assholes
