So ive been hearing some shit about bachy on hood. I heard about there new pricing policy, which is gay. But i also heard there not opening all the lifts unless there are a certain amount of people there. Sounds like bs to me, but i havent heard anything on NS. So whats the scoop

The new pricing system means that any day youre gonna be interested in going up, it will cost you $69. Just keep that in mind. And no, they open the lifts based on weather and have really only a very general idea of how many people will come up on any given day, seeing as all lifts open at 9 am, weather permitting.

the new pricing system is on the website, and goes as follows... most of the time it will be the 59 or 69...it has to be pretty gnarly for nw not to open.

In a move to better match the quality of the on-mountain experience

with the daily lift ticket price, Mt. Bachelor is putting into place a

sliding scale that takes into account the amount of lift serviced

terrain and weather factors such as visibility, wind, precipitation and

temperature. A single day non-holiday adult lift ticket will be priced

at $69, $59, or $49 depending on the expected conditions of the day.

For more information check out our FAQ page.

Single

Day Adult Ticket Rates will be $69, $59 or $49 depending on the amount

of lift serviced terrain and daily weather factors. All other age group

single day pricing will adjust in the same manner. Prices will be

determined the afternoon prior using the following methodology:

“Mt. Bachelor receives some of the best

quality and deepest snow accumulation in the country, but we also

wrestle with days of lower visibility, winds and rime,”
said Dave Rathbun, President and General Manager. “Mt.

Bachelor is a ‘top 10’ mountain experience on those good days, but when

it’s rough, or while we are receiving a 20, 30, 40 or more inch

pounding, we want to price more in line with the experience. This new

program will allow us to charge a fair price for the skiing and riding

available on a given day. It is surely unique, but Mt. Bachelor is a

unique experience with a large segment of our day and overnight guests

who visit on short notice based on conditions and value for the price

paid.”

Mt. Bachelor aims to provide you the best possible all mountain

experience in the Northwest. Mother Nature is truly in charge. WE DO

NOT OFFER WEATHER REFUNDS. Weather can change rapidly at higher

elevations and remember, it is our high elevations that bring the

low-density powder.

Yeah lol, you bomb the first jump from the middle of tbird just to make the knuckle, then you carve hard into the monster stepdown.

By the way hames, how much bigger is the new 3rd lrg hit in slope from last time?
