i got a new pair of ar5s this year, theyre a little banged up, got some scraths, some chips, n like 3 or 4 edges cracks. i kinda wanna get new skis next season too....looking at the new stls....anyone else looking for new sticks?

i meant you don't see alot of 4frnt skis around here, i think i'v only seen like one pair, sept for at blue mountain, but i'm tlking like lakeridge, dagmar, n kirby shit

good call on the chronic blends, they ride super nice. Im sticking to 4frnts though, my stl's this year rode too good, jnk is where it's gonna be at next year.

nothing will help u.

seriously tho, all this bragging about skis on the eastcoast is bullshit.

i tried like 4 pairs of next years skis and they all ride pretty much the same and they all were from different brands. just fucken buy what u cann afford, they all are gonna break in two years anyways.

i say, the only differense is width and it has to be atleast 1cm to notice it... im talking about east coast here

i didnt notice any between scratch fs, PE, scott p3, my crichtons, your armadas...

the silencers were a little softer and i suppose the invaders are the same, if not softer.

just shut up and ski...

haha steve got owned.

on a serious note, new sticks are always sick, but if not needed spend the cash on something else like a nice drop in etc..

oh shut up steve, u bought ant's and u know u r not going west utill the end of next year. hahaha

not really, haha. i wouldnt want ant's if i were him.... he's like 5 feet and 100 pounds, pfff.

When a good deal comes around, pick it up.

If steve got a good deal on the ANT's, let him do it. Maybe it was too good to pass up. He knows hes going to use them (eventually) so why not?

I bought MSP's and i ski here. The deal was too good to pass up. Shit happens.

We are just prepared now right steve ;)

yea. i was on my friends a few times this year. i love the whole like setup of it and how they're super light. they're sick for spinning

sorry. what i meant by ill is that they look ill... the graphics. but i'm definitly gonna try them out before i buy them..

littleian, your said skies are ill. then you said there ill cuz of the graphic, and you havent even rode them. haha i dont even have to say owned, you know you get owned left right and center on this site i dont get why your still on it

i buy skis baased on graphics. whats wrong with it? if it looks good, i'd ski it even if it was some pontoon like beast... well maybe a little smaller

OOHHHHH.. i get what you're sayin.. lol. I meant i skied on like last years stl's (the white ones) but next years graphics look sick. i obviously haven't ridin them yet.

i woudlnt just throw out cash for something that looks good. im not some rich kid who gets something cuz it looks pretty. when buying skies obv the photograph comes into play. but i wouldnt buy it just on that. more consideration, alot more consideration goes into how the skis made etc and how it will benifit me for what type of ridding i do (jibbing i dont buy line cuz there edges might as well be paper etc...)

yea. graphics are the last thing i worry about but it still comes into consideration in the end. i wouldn't just buy skis for the looks. i'm broke as a mother so i do my homework before i go out and by skis.

tha proves why your a newb.

you will look back on that once you really consider yourself a skier and will realise what was i saying, this guy is rite

graphics is the first thing I look at... but then i usually look at the price and get something else, haha

so you demoed your fujatives before buying and every other ski youve owned?

sure construction means something, but when it comes down to it its how it skis. Everyone has a different opinion on how a ski rides.

I agree with i8van, haha i dont really want a ski that looks like ass. Id never look down skiing.

yo i don't understand you man. i just wrote a response to your response. i don't get it. you always missunderstand what i write. read it out loud if you need to. it may help and uncover the written down message.

no i didnt. there is no where around here to demo twins. (i know that you will reply with places you can, but there is nothing convient for me) so instead i went to the local shop (mt kirby) and got my buddy who also works there to best fit the ski to me for how i ride. i told him i dont have alot of cash, i want something big, something with some give to have fun on. With his knowledge and my research backing me i bought my skis. (i enjoy other graphics of hte year alot more, regardless)

yo bout the new stls, i rode last years, they were dope, n this year they havent changed anything about them, so if they didnt change anything, they should ride the same, but i unno, im debeating on new skis now, i might put moola into a new camera or something

u have 06 ar5's that are in much much better condition than my crichtons! why would u buy new skis?!

man, lol honestly i have no clue why, i just feel like it, but i would have no money left at all, but man, my ar5s r so heavy compared to the stls, even tho that doesnt matter, my ar5s r tanks

not even man, my parents had to pay for half my set up this year, cuz i didnt have enough, lol n they paid half, n i was still down to like 20 bucks in my account, but i think im saving up for a new camera
