New skis

i need a ski that can do well on pow and groomers so im looking at the masterblasters or the arw 96. Which ones should I do? If anybody has any other recommendations that’s be great.

I don’t know much about womens skis but I’d look for a ski that’s over 100 underfoot. It’s a tough middle ground when you’re looking for something that can take on groomers and pow. Arw is a great choice but it depends on where you’re skiing too. If you’re gonna have a lot more groomer days than pow days I’d recommend the arw but if you live somewhere where it dumps a little more maybe seek something a little wider out. Just looked online and the Blizzard Sheeva 10 looks like a great choice with a nice 102 underfoot which is plenty for pow. Not sure what your price range is but I’m seeing great ratings and they come in at an affordable price point: under $500. So maybe they’re worth a look.

Yeah for sure I have to look at the blizzards. I plan on using these in Colorado so the wider underfoot might be the way to go. Thanks for your help!

Look at a moment commander 102 or wildcat 101. From on3p they have updated the Jeffery line so now look at the Jeff 100 or you can snag a set of 102s for cheap now from last season. Many options out there for sure to look at.

Moment Sierra and hotmess are both great skis. If you go on the longer side they are usually their wider versions.

If you need something over 100 the moment bella is fantastic

The volkl revolt 104 carves really well for what it is. You can really rail some turns on them

95-105 is the sweet spot for a daily in co so either of those would work. I mostly ride a 100 and 105 ski

My coworker is a groomer assassin and he has had masterblasters for like 5 years and loves them. They would probably do fine in pow but if you actually plan on hitting deep stuff then maybe something wider would be better

I ride jskis hotshots (wider masterblasters) as my daily up here in western Washington and I love them. Even though I have a few sets, I always end up reaching for them. If you're looking for something female specific, I'd go with something from moment though
