New skis

Before you let this post slip through the cracks of NS, i need some help on finding a new pair of skis. I stupidly ran them over with my car today, and when i sat them down in front of my car to take my boots off i thought to myself, 'better not run them over' and sure enough I did. So now im in the market for new skis, my previous skis were scratch ecos, i ski 75% park and 25% powder when i go to Colorado, i want somewhat of a wide ski but not to big. Plus im 5, 11, and weigh 115.

My main ideas were:

Skogens

Mike Nicks

MSP

Trouble Makers

You know you have the coolest cab driver when he says, 'And we're off like a prom dress.'

if you want the trouble makers go with the 165s

(yer 5' 11' 115-damn thats skinny-im 5'10' 136 and im only 13)

165's for a 6 foot kid? I am the same height and ride no less than 175. I am on 180's right now.

geez twiggy. and go with something longer like someone else said. a 165 would be way, way too short.

I'd laugh at you if i saw you on 165's at 6 foot tall. Get atleast over 175, im 5'10 and ride a 176 .

Just dip your dong in paint and smack your helmet with it.

pick up a pair of msps

skiing should be like mcdonalds...sure they started out with just hamburgers, them they progressed to breakfest sandwiches and salads and mcflurries. we all love the new stuff, but we still love the old stuff as well. so its a good thing they still offer the hambrugers with their mc flurries and breakfast combos -joeengel

get the new mike nicks, they are 178, have 86mm underfoot, and have the burliest bases and edges in the business. they also have a softer flex pattern than the skogens.

no one had the line pro modles instock for a good price, and the msp are to wide for me, and the good people at jibij read my post and said they had some fujis, basicly the same ski demesion wise so i went with that, but with new bindings do i need a wide brake?

You know you have the coolest cab driver when he says, 'And we're off like a prom dress.'

from personal experiance, i found the fugis to be too soft, but you're light so it shouldn't be a problem, you can bend your normal brakes to fit.

not to be blunt but if you read my second post i purchased Fugis. I want to know if they need a wide brake or the standard will be fine. Bending them will be my last resort though

bend them, why would you spend 30 bucks on new brake's?

Just dip your dong in paint and smack your helmet with it.

the P12 and P12 JIBS cost the exact same at the store I go to

Like a virgin on prom night

You can go on the bottom bunk and finish it yourself

When you guys are on those rails, it's like muah
