NEW SKIS

Looking to buy a new pair of skis, I am 1,82m, 70+kg and ride mostly park and some bc. I want a playful, more all mountain ski (looked at movement fly 115, but maybe to thick).

check out the k2 poachers. 96mm (maybe too thin but good for park), all mountain rocker, and great in the park

Had a pair of poachers, don't know if I just got a bad set but they absolutely blew out, lost an edge underfoot and the tips complete blew apart as well. Great for all mountain just had a lot of durability issues.

Maybe just a bad set or if you had them a long time. I’ve only had mine for a season and no signs of damage yet

i ride poachers at the moment, they hold up better than expected. i usually crack my edge after a couple days in the park, and it lasted way longer. i think two weeks or so. been riding them errday for a month still holding up like a boss

Have you guys ever tried any moment skis?

I skied a pair of moments back in tahoe last spring. im not exactly sure of the model but i wanna say it was the tahoe 96. Absolute Shred Sticks.

I highly recomend blizzard peacemakers, they can really rip and horrible at all if you take them into the park

I agree that the peacemaker was a sick ski, but it got replaced by the rustler 10 this year, which isn’t a twin tip. But if you can find a set of peacemakers kicking around on a sale rack somewhere, they’re great.

Definitely ON3P Kartel 98 or 108 if you want a fatter ski. Also maybe the K2 Marksman or K2 Sight.

I had a pair of K2 Sights id reccomend them to you considering you mostly ski park but dont expect them to be really surfy in pow

The ON3P Kartel seems really nice, but if I want them I want custom, as soft as it gets but then they cost 949 us. Expensive, this was for the 108, the 116 should be more
