PE's, they're good on everything i have taken them on, which is alot, and i live in the east so it's really icy and stuff, they held really well on the ice...a little tough to turn in the moguls though

this thread is very very original. but seriously try and search for these topics.

~never be bought. never be sold~

Scratch BC... good at everything... but since I haven't demoed PEs, TMs, or Pistols... I cant really say I know they're better or worse.

either way, pe's are sick. I love mine.

search 'new skis' in the forum search at the top of the site... you'll find tons of threads, and lots of good replies.

Actually 4frnt is having a problem makin there skis this year haha..

They are like concaved(curved down) under the boot..

So like the edges touch the ground when u lay em down, but not the base of the ski..

When I heard this I was fully disappointed..

I'll be lookin at em next year for sure though

if ur an all mounatin skier tm's, pe's and 1080's i would say are too skinny. I have scratch fs's i skied woth last year mostly for park. I got this years bc's i bought for backcountry and i thought i would use my fs's for park. BUt after i tryed my bc's in teh park, i liked them better. And theer wiicked all around teh mountain, but a little soft. I would get pocket rockets. There wicked all around teh mounatin and dominate in the park.

^ I've heard nothing but terrible things about the pocket rockets' construction. I'm told they're awesome...as long as you only plan on skiing once. Have you skiied on them for an extended period of time?

just pick like, three skis and then decide how much you want to spend and base your choice on that

it took me 10 days to break pocket rockets.

the pe, pistols and scratch bc are all real good 'do everything skis' but none of them are light.

i love my trouble makers, great all mountain ski

4frnt's ar grest sll mountain skis, theyre great in the park too,lil expensive for my likeing they cost like $550. trouble makers are awsome too.

Tm's are amazing all mtn, and somehow even more amazing in the park, excellent all around ski
