I'm 14, I ski 45% park and 55% terrain. Im 5'5 about 120lbs and currently have size 8.5-9 boots. Im looking to spend under 500$ including tax. Ski must be twin tips since i ski backward alot. I ski 2 times a week so they must be durable, I can wait till' the new 07/08 skis come out or buy now...

Oh yeah i would centre mount them.

So give me your opinion on which skis i should get.
 
maybe the the new ar6, or elre, mybe even the new arv, but those are all kinda exspensive
 
Karmas if you can find them for $500, but I wouldn't mount them true center, just core center. If you really want true center go for Invaders, Urban Trips, or Addicts because they are meant to be mounted true center.
 
YES! Karmas would be perfect for you maybe in a 169? Perfect blend of Park and all mtn. Similar skis would be ARVs perhaps a foil or Rossi scratch fs.
 
ehh, you can probably get them for around $400. k2 usually has good prices.

Seriously, the karmas and PE's are the two best skis that would work for u imo. I have this years PE (they always perform) and have ridden the karmas, both great skis. You can take them anywhere on any mountain.
 
You're 14 and only 120lbs? Wait until next year and get the Volkl Walls. By far the most fun ski I have ever skied on. They are symmetrical so you can center mount them. They are a lil softer than Karma's but they still have the all mountain abilities, plus they are at 499 which isn't that bad for a ski like that.
