My 1260s are pretty beat up, messed edges bindings riped out, all that good stuff. Last season i found my self in the trees, steeps, and powder alot mroe thne the park. Im looking for a ski that would handle great in the trees and powder and grommers, but also pretty good in the park. Im still keeping my 1260s for rails and stuff so i would you that if i was gonna go park only. I mostly care about the powder and "backcounty" ability of the new skis. I was thinking somthing liek the chronic wide. Any other suggestions, not to expensive now, and im also looking for bindings to.

Im 5'10 and 190 pounds.

who makes karmas anf foils, i havent been on here much lately to know about smaller companies.

The surface skis look sick but a little to much.

volkl makes the karma and salomon makes the foil not really "small" companies.

you should try to pick up a freeskier buyer guide or something like that, give you a idea what's out there.

^^^^Karmas=Volkl, Foil=Salomon. Try to Mojo 90s aswell man, I hear theyre good in the trees and powder thats where I spent 70% of my time and thats why I got them for this season.

def seems like the perfect match 4 u are the highsociety smokes they're 179 with a 92 mm waste so theyre the perfect width for park pipe and especially trees and pow pow plus the grip the snow amazingly its the all in one ski checkit out highsocietyfreeride.com
