New Ski

Hi, I'm looking for a new ski. I am looking at the new Prodigy 2.0. Right now I ski on the 2018 ct 2.0 and I love them. I want to know if the new Ct 2.0 is that much stiffer.

Side note I ski I don't ski a ton of deep snow. A majority of the stuff I ski is park and groomers.

Do you want a stiffer ski? the prodigy is definitely stiffer.

The new CT 2.0 is stiffer, now slightly narrower, more directional and gained 200 grams vs the previous gen. Should be damper, a better carver, more durable and better in crud than your current ones. 2021 Candide 2.0 stiffer than the current 2.0 Prodigy which is a bit more directional and much lighter than the new Candide.

Anxious to try out the new Candide 1.0 and 2.0 as they should be nice upgrades over the old versions.

No the 20/21 Candide 2.0 is still 102 and still pretty bi-directional, it’s just not symmetrical anymore. It is way stiffer than the current 2.0 though, it’s very powerful now

So do you think the Prodigy 2.0 is closer to the old Ct 2.0.

Prod 2.0 is stiffer than old CT 2.0 but softer than new 2.0. I have a Prod 2.0 and it’s stable for bigger jumps but also soft enough for butters and rail tricks. Edges are thicker than old 2.0 as well, and it holds a good edge on groomers

Meant narrower tip and tail than before and saw it was slightly directional now.

What’s the Candide mount point now on the 2.0 and 1.0? Should be a ripper!
