New Ski Setup, views, advice?

I'm looking to get my 13/14 season setup sorted.
Im caught between Line Blends and Line Chronics...Im going to be mainly be shredding indoors, so won't be going off huge kickers or anything just shredding a stupid number of rails but i have got a few trips planned over the season. Ideas?
With regards to bindings, a friend has managed to save me a pair of Marker Jester Pros from last season at a stupidly good price but as well he can sort out this years model for around £100 off RRP. Is it worth spending that little bit more and getting this years model, is it worth it?
 
Blends are more of a freestyle all mountain ski that is also good for park and pow and chronics are a park ski that is still good all mountain. To make this easy... If your gonna ski more park go chronic, if your gonna ski more pow go blends
 
Save your money and buy a pair of Surfaces, nothing wrong with Line Im just broke as fuck and look at shit and keep the last years jester pros if you're getting them for such a good deal it really isn't worth it to spend the extra money just to be a "new gear masturbator".
