New Ski Opinions

I NEED to buy a new pair of powder skis... I wanted to get the Gotama's but my size is sold out everywhere. So they arent really an option anymore.

I just moved to Whistler and its puking here and powder skis are a must.. Im used to Alberta snow.. and the snow is much heavier out here.. So anyone have any good suggestions on what kind of skis I should look at??
 
good option if all you ski is pow. otherwise, maybe the ARV or some fat lines like the SFBacons or Lizabeths
 
I have skis for park and other stuff.. They are pretty much stictly for back country and pow.
 
true. bcs are pretty sic. they might just be perfect cuz i doubt you can buy a pair of arg. i'm not sure but i'd guess they'd be sold out
 
I hate scratches.

I havent had a good powder ski in so long that I dont have a clue what i want.

The last ones i had were salomons and they werent anything spectacular.

Has anyone tried the Volkl Suma's?
 
give us some info, how big are you, what kinda skis do you like, if you are big enough def look at some ants, sick everyday ski for whistler, but give us some info
 
Haha.. thats another problem.. Im pretty tiny.. Im only 5'4. Ive skied moguls my entire life and was forced to quit due to a shattered knee.. so I need a ski that is nice to ski deep heavy snow with that kinda floats so its easy on my knee

 
^yea motherships are so much fun. they are not durable skis though, and they are noodles, but if you are only 5 4 that shouldnt be a big problem.
