New ski game, inspired by the TGR Tracks game

i think i may have beaten you but I dont have pics so I guess it didn't happen.

NEW VERSION OUT, butters are now posted on the screen when you butter, then spin, then land it, it says "butter ___" thats the only update i noticed but there might be more
 
I was up all night trying to decide what Alaska should look like.

And yes, it calls out butters now. I didn't do anything to make it run faster, but yay if it does for you!
 
Love butters, but they need to be on a separate key, its getting hard to toss rodeos and backflips with out it being a 'butter' and having the rotation slow down.
 
Has anyone else found the glitch where if you start buttering when you are going up hill you continue up the hill at the same speed forever while buttering?

also, does anyone have trouble on firefox? like it doesnt let me use the 'stuff' bar apart from editing the level... i cant clear tracks, choose starting point etc....
 
right now it is perfect, i mean locked. the only thing would be to possibly slow down the speed of the lincolns. thats it. its dialed.
 
Alaskas cliffs are almost as big as they are in real life (im from ak)

no, its super sick, except its kinda laggy

Alaska is pretty fun. I want to mess around with the graphics some more. I think grabs will be the next big feature though.
 
great to see the progression of this game since day 1. great job man!keep it upi can't wait for corks, rails and whatever else is on your list!
 
and maybe make a lower quality version so us with old shitty computeres can enjoy it to the fullest

right now when i do it i can jplay smothly for 5 min then it starts gettin laggy and freezes

you know it wouldnt be hard for the videogame industry to make a skiing game, i mean for crying out loud they made one or 2 for wakeboarding and i know more people ski.

it would also be a nice boost for the ski community cause it would create so much intrest, and im sure thats one of the reasons that people in cali almost all board, they think its cool becuase its all they have seen before.

In the Stuff menu, try turning off powder sprays. Also try right clicking on the game and setting the quality to medium. That should help a bit.
