Hey everyone, we are starting a new ski company. We have already begun to produce skis as prototypes, and are wondering if any of you would want to support the company, or give us ideas for a ski, or if you giuys could design a ski for us we could give it to you for free!

Make a ski that is designed for summer setups and urban, basically anything off the mountain that is harder on skis. Try to make them durable and cheap, so people can have a dedicated pair of skis for that kind of thing and a pair to keep nice for the mountain. Also custom graphics would be cool. I hope i'm not just ripping off some company I don't know with these idea's, but that's my input. Making the osama pros a thing would be cool as well.
 
Make a ski like the 2011 and 2012 K2 Obsethed. 189cm, 117mm underfoot, long-ish sidecut that runs the entire length of the ski(no taper). Soft, but heavy and damp. 2550g/ski. The long radius and weight will allow it to handle speed, crud and mank.

Or a ski like the mordecai, but with a heavy maple instead of Line's fkn cloud core. If Line made the mordecai with the same core as the opus, they would have absolutely killed it.

Im thinking maybe even Make like a dual-core, Something nice and stiff underfoot, and something softer closer to the tips.
 
What about trying to make a cheap ski to sell cheaper. I saw a vid where these guys made a board for 100 with a polywall base and other cheap stuff.

Why not buy a cheap ski from China, slap your logo on it, sell it at a markup, and then tell NS how you are saving the industry from corporate greed?

Gonna reopen this forum, started doing more construction I tried the dual core idea and fucked it up. Going with bamboo core, actual carbon underfoot, and most likely fiberglass in the tips. I bought a roll of cork to experiment with, you guys got any ideas?
