hello, i know someone who is starting up a new ski company and he is looking for a good name??? I was just wandering if you guys have any ideas???

^Offtrail, you own a company in the industry. Why would you go on here and make fun of kids who may be interested in buying ski movies? So the kid is starting a ski company, what does mocking him do for you? It would behoove you to try and befriend the members on this site. As of now, you have so little credibility with the market, you should be careful of how you represent your company. Talking shit certainly does not help. Then again, not my problem.

you know what perhaps this was not the right place for a sarcastic coment, and i am sorry.

so here is my new profesional opinion to this post.

i would say becarefull. there were a good number of new ski companies to get started this year. ninthward, surface, liberty, defi, projakt, ... ect... so what i would say if you are very interested in starting a ski company, see how this year plays out. start doing minimal R&D, and see how these new ski companys, and the industry are doing a year from now or even 8 months from now. Who would have thought that FREEZE would be gone last year, or even 2 months ago. I would just say be carefull.

lets say i was 2 years behind where i am now with Off Trail Productions. i wouldn't be starting a film company this year. with all the new film company out there, including mine, i would wait to see how many of use don't make it. this industy is very tough to get in to and be recognized as legit. it takes time and patients and good plans. it also means not pissing people off, and being true to the values that you have set up for your business.

so with that said, good luck with the skis, and if i offendend you i am sorry.
