New ski advice

Now that the season is coming to an end, I'm wanting to to get some new skis.

Right now I can't decide between Halos, THall's or AR7's. This was my first season of really gettin' down in the park and learning all the basic stuff plus a few more advanced things. I'm currently on some old Atomic Panic's (like 2010 or something) and I want to move to a more flexible and lightweight ski.

For the most part I stick to the park but I want to have the option to ski elsewhere if I ever need or want to.

Feel free to suggest any other skis. +K for help. THANKS!

If you're going to be wanting to ski some all mountain stuff as well, out of the skis you've chosen, I'd go AR7. The Halo is a very jib specific ski, and the THall is more geared towards park riding, whilst the AR7 a park ski, it's designed to be taken outside of the park too. I'd say AR7 mounted around -2/-2.5 would be the best suit for park and 'frontside' all mountain riding.

From Armada, you may also want to look at the El Rey, they're stiffer than the three you chose, but are still a park oriented ski with all mountain capabilities too.

Take a look here-http://armadaskis.com/product/skis/ar-series/el-rey/

Ok, I think I'm gonna go with the AR7's but people say that they are a stiff ski. How stiff are we talkin' here, cuz like I said I want a more flexible ski than I have currently.

Halos are out for all mountain riding. I have thalls, which are softer than the ar7s, and love them for carving even when center mounted. You'll only notice the difference in stiffness in how they're easier to butter in the park. The softer tip and tail won't hurt you when skiing elsewhere. I can confirm that they have no speed limit on groomers. Plus, freeskier mag actually gave the thalls a better carving score than the ar7s.

Get the thalls, you'll love them.
