I didn't like that cross-branch in the shot of the canopy, and the last shot was a little bright...but other than that it was fairly awesome. That's a neat effect to have, I haven't looked much into those before but it seems pretty cool. Would you post a pic of yours?

is there anyway to adjust the speed to make it fast enough to get videos?

no. the fastest i can make it go 6 feet is about 4 minutes, the slowest i can make it go 6 feet is roughly 2 hours. if i take the belt and pulleys off i can slide it on the metal freehand but its not very smooth

That's really sweet. With a range of two hours you could get light changes, sun up/sundown type of stuff. That'll be really cool to do.

yep, it really opens up a new world of opportunities. i really wish i could shoot with a dedicated lapse camera
