New series: STYLE SHOWDOWN (Weekly video battles)

Yo NS!

The NS Content Team and Arsenic are excited to announce a new series that will be dropping tomorrow, and it involves all of YOU.

How it works:

-The content team chooses two videos posted in the NS videos section

-Every week we will drop a new showdown between two skiers

-You vote for your favorite skier (voting ends 72 hours after the showdown goes live)

-One skier will win a prize pack from Arsenic (@arsenicanywhere)

Pretty simple right?

Look for the first showdown in the news section tomorrow afternoon! Any questions/comments can go in this thread.

So stoked on this! Are the videos chosen from the top rated of the day or are they just videos that stand out for whatever particular reason?

The videos won't necessarily be from the top rated of the day. In fact, some showdowns may turn out to be videos that go kind of unnoticed.

Essentially what we are looking for every week is to line up two people that are a good matchup.
 
sounds dope as FUCK. whole concept is really what this site needs, i see super steezy edits all the time that go relatively unnoticed and its gonna be cool for them to get some recognition and dissection! Fuck yeah Arsenic

I posted a thread about this awhile back, I think it is an awesome idea, and would be good for content promotion for many peeps!

I think you should do another article or update the title of the current one with the name of the winner, not many people are gonna go back and read through the comments to see who won IMO

There won't be a new showdown this week, it's a busy time due to Independence Day on Saturday.

Be on the lookout for a new showdown next week!
