New Season Passes..

Why do you think it's shafting a lot of people? I think the new improvements are only good things.
 
i guess the new passes are only a better thing.. it lets you ski more often. the only reason i really thought they shafted people was because you cant go Saturdays and only late Sundays, which a lot of people who i knew that used to get a silver pass would usually go then.
 
Ah I see. I don't remember what the old Silver pass used to be like. But with the way weekends have been the past couple seasons, they're usually absurdly crowded. Weekdays are normally pretty quiet, though I realize not everyone can come out on weekdays.
 
If im not mistaken, the old silver was just 1 day a week for 8 hrs and it included saturday
and yea i think it kinda screws people who are still in school or have work everyday into buying a gold pass.. But at the same time this is a perfect pass for those who have lots of free time on the weekdays.
 
yeah i was just sayin i know a lot of kids that i know go on the weekends only because one, they're busy on the weekdays or two, their parents dont want them going on a school day and such.

if you have the ability to go on the weekdays, the the new passes are dopeee. but if not then you're gonna be losing some money this year
 
Yeah so we did have to add back to the line-up a once a week pass for exactly the reason you mention. People from an hour or so away could really only ski once a week and it usually was on a weekend, so the new Silver didn't help them at all. But I think that all of the new pass changes should be awesome for locals. The Bronze should be more than adequate for those local park rats who can come after school and don't want to be here when all the crazies are out on the weekend. We'll see though. Sorry I've been extraordinarily absent from NS since the season's end, so i missed this.

Yeah I see how its a good thing from one point of view, I just think that most of the locals if they actually ski a lot and are park rats they already buy a gold/perfect season pass and a lotta people who live near me (dayton) dont get to go that often now have to spend quite a bit more.

but in the end it doesn't matter since its already happened haha
 
hahaha I read that first line about 4 times and I didn't understand it.. thought he meant they added to the once a week pass or some shit.. but yeahhh, that's whats up i'm sure lots of people will be stoked on that.
