New Salomon Suspects, any good?

I'm looking for a new pair of skis and i know that Salomon used to be foam cores but now they switched to wood, and i was wondering if the suspects are worth the price tag.

awful skis. had them, they snapped in half and i broke both my legs. i will never ride them again.

i think the suspect only has one set of that stringer thing underboot where as the dumont has 2 stringers.. and i believe it has a little different flex as well.

i want to hear the kid's story about snapping the skis and breaking both his legs.

a pair of suspects sucker-punched me in the balls and i'll never ride salomon again. they're awful.

unless thats forreal... they really broke in half and u broke ur legs because of it? were they bad skis before they snapped?

I've heard that they are amazing, but the durability is shitty on the sidewalls. My friend chipped his completely to pieces in like 3 days.
