New rules for the game Zero

If you haven't seen it yet, down at www.slvsh.com the came up with a brilliant idea to create a new game called Zero. Here is a quick explanation of the game posted by slvsh.

"We tried a new game/ style of a course preview today during the first Dew Tour practice. We are calling it ZERO. The goal of the game is to spin as much as you can both ways and try to get your total net rotations to equal 0. Example: You have two jumps and one down rail, you spin a left 900 then a right 900 on the jumps and you do a 270 pretz 270 on the rail. Net rotations=0. Next skier does a left 1080 to a right 1080 and a 270 pretz 270 as well. He spun more so forth he wins."

Here are a few rules I'd like to see implemented to make this new game of zero more interesting.

1. The scoring should be done with two boxes next to each other, one title right and the other title left. The numbers in each box would continue to grow as the rider throws left and right spins. Then at the end of the run your boxes would reflect the total degrees of rotation you threw in each direction. Also at the end of the run you could display the net of the two rotations

If you spun more in one direction than the other the net would show that.

Net: Left 360

2. You have to hit a base number in both your left and right for your run to qualify which is determined before each contest. For example they would state that they are playing a game of zero to 1800. That would mean if each rider did not hit 1800 in each direction minimum than their run would not count thus making straight airs impossible to win with. For example A game of zero to 1800 with one rider losing would look like this.

Net: Right 360

Rider B

Left Right

1800 1620

Net: 0

Rider B loses for failing to reach the base spinning right despite his better net.

3. Obviously whoever net's closer to zero should be the winner but there should be a tie breaker. If both riders net the same and both have qualifying runs than the tie breaker should be whoever has a higher base for example.

Net: 0

Rider A would win with the high base as a tie breaker.

I know it was stated by slvsh that whoever spun more wins, but this is where a base could be interesting. If both rider tie on the base, they set a higher base and redo the run.

What are your thoughts ns? What other rules might be dope?
 
Nothing is wrong with the original game. If you straight air to win, are you really having fun? If you lose, who cares, its skiing.
