New rating system

so i dont know if this is new but i just noticed the new way to rate articles uses stars now so you dont have to click that box then select a number. (i am guessing its the same for pictures, vids, etc..) i could be just really stupid for not noticing this but i really like it because now i am more motivated to rate things
 
Definitely much much easier, and it stands out better. More people will rate things this way.
 
Glad you guys noticed! Paul was hit with a moment of inspiration the other night and just jumped out of bed and made it.

We haven't really tweaked where it lives on the page, just added it where the other one was.

Rating is super important - there's a lot of things around the site that pull lists from ratings, and many more to come. We want to make it as pleasurable as possible for you guys to rate!

 
It is definitely more noticeable and I think more people will vote now since you notice it more.
 
you should change the 'stars' to 'skiers' which would be sick or something skiing related, that could be kinda cheesy but just an idea. yeah keep tweaking it for sure because it is a really good idea.
 
i just noticed it. damn it's bright. i think maybe a not so bright color would be fine for a quick fix.
