Hello,

yesterday bas my first time to go on a rail, i was wondering if im doing it right or not, because i do it by luck

do i have to look the rail when i go on it or keep my head up and staright?

before and when i land i usauallh keep my head dow and see the snow , because i dont know where i'll really land lol

give some tips please

the one i tried was a simple one , and i only went on it straight
 
didn't get it , can u explain more.. end of the rail u mean?

but how when i first jump on the rail where do i supose to focus on ?
 
When you're aproaching the rail look to where you're going to land on it. Once your on it look towards the end of the rail. Then once you reach the end spot your landing, land, and ride away

does the skis has to be on the white thingy or the silver metel thingy on the rail?

i feel that the middle white part is more slippery and good, when i put my skis on the metal silver thingy it feel rough..

and any tips of how can i keep spinning over the rail?
 
Im guessing you are from europe so i'm not going to correct your grammer.

Anyways stay in the middle of the box/rail, it will allow you to stay on longer and keep your ballance.
