just because you spent time on something doesn't mean that you get a "free pass" and people are supposed to respect you. i didn't "release" a movie (that is pretty funny that you used the word "release") but you did, so you are the one who has to stand there and take the positive and the negative from people. Do you think Copolla asks media critics "what movie they made" when they criticize his movies. Deal with it.
 
Actually I think a lot of directors don't even watch the final cuts of thier films. Case in point Ridley Scott. Often they don't even listen to the critisism of others, because the movie has been made already and it is what it is. Critisism is pretty inconsequential. Static, just keep making your films if you are passionate about it.

regardless of whether or not you liked gemini, what gives you any idea as to how much knowledge static has about sponsors and distributors. Since he at least put out a movie, I would assume he has a hell of alot better of an idea then you.
